Lampapuy - NFT Marketplace & UX UI Management System Design
Lampapuy NFT Marketplace
Overview
Lampapuy is a comprehensive NFT marketplace designed to serve both collectors and creators in the Web3 space. My role was to lead the end-to-end product design process from wireframing and user flows to high-fidelity UI and prototyping. This was a large-scale project with a wide range of user types and screen requirements.
Our goal was to create an intuitive and visually compelling platform where users could discover, create, collect, and manage NFTs with minimal friction. I focused on providing clear pathways for onboarding, exploration, collection management, and NFT publishing.

Key Challenges & How I Solved Them
1. Balancing Web2 familiarity with Web3 complexity
Many users were new to NFTs or blockchain interactions. I designed clear onboarding flows, step-by-step guidance for wallet connection, and fallback options for account creation. Tooltips and microcopy were key to reducing friction.
2. Creating flexible yet clean UI across many screens
With 10+ core features, it was crucial to maintain consistency. I used a modular design system in Figma with reusable components, ensuring a cohesive experience while allowing flexibility for creator vs. collector views.
3. Real-time preview & upload feedback for creators
Uploading NFTs or creating collections needed to feel responsive and secure. I added live previews, progress indicators, and auto-validation for inputs like royalties and traits.

4. Handling trust and verification for collections
To prevent spammy or fake collections, I designed a clear Collection Request system where project owners could apply for verification. This flow included application status tracking and admin feedback.
5. Designing for anticipation with Launchpad
Launchpad needed to drive excitement while staying informative. I integrated countdowns, previews, and clean project overviews to help users prep for drops.

Outcome
Delivered a scalable, polished NFT marketplace with Web3-native features and user-friendly UX. Stakeholders were able to visualize flows through interactive mockups, and the design supported both early launch and future expansion.
